Hockey Speed And Power Training.

Training Will Separate You From The Pack.

If you're a hockey player serious about taking your game up a notch, making it to that next level, or just reaching your full potential, then you can leave all those players in your dust if you train with the right program!
Just going to the gym is good, but if you really want to get faster and stronger, and if you really want to become the absolute best hockey player that you can be, then you need something more. You need a program that is proven to work. You need a program based on years and years of professional hockey experience
Hockey Speed and Power is the training manual that I originally prepared for the Belleville Bulls of the Ontario Hockey League.
Since then it's been refined and updated and the result is a training program that produces faster, stronger, and generally dominant hockey players.
Anyone can follow this program. You don't need to be playing pro for this to benefit you! This manual can be used by any player who wants to seriously improve their game.

When you spend 15 years playing pro hockey in the NHL, IHL and Elite European leagues...

you learn a lot about physical training. You learn what works, and you also learn what doesn't work! One big problem is that the vast majority of hockey training programs put way too much emphasis on long endurance exercises and not nearly enough on quickness, speed and power. That doesn't make much sense if you think about

This Program Is Effective...

My program is effective. If I knew then what I know now about the importance of speed and power training, I would have been even stronger and more powerful, and it would have taken my game to the next level. That is what motivated me to become a Master Specialist Trainer following my professional hockey career. In addition, my exposure to European training methods contributed to winning the “European Scoring Title” and “European Player of the Year”. My points per game total in my first season in Europe is still the highest total ever recorded in any European Elite League records.

This Program Is Unique...

Not only is this the only program written by an ex-NHL player with 15 years of pro experience, but it also benefits from years and years of experience playing in Elite Pro leagues in Europe!
Europeans train very differently than most North Americans, both on and off the ice, and when I was playing in Europe I was exposed to their exercises. Hockey Speed and Power incorporates many of these special European training techniques that you simply will not find anywhere else!

a complete, effective hockey training system guaranteed to get you results. How much would it cost to hire a trainer to design and administer a hockey specific workout like this in the gym with you? Well, an ordinary trainer will run upwards of $30 an hour.
